About Me

With a bachelor's degree in Architecture, over two decades of experience in the luxury Houston real estate market, and impressive accolades, including the Houston Association of Realtors 2023 Realtor of the Year, "20 under 40 in Real Estate" and the National Associations of Realtors "30 under 30 in Real Estate", Karishma is the face of luxury real estate in and around Houston.
Born and raised in India, family played a massive role in her upbringing and is the driving force of her success today. She attributes her achievements to watching her father run a business and learning the value of hard work, grit, and honesty.
In 2004 Karishma moved to Houston with her husband and business partner Vic, and they are now raising their family in the West University area. As a neighbor to those in West U, Karishma has insider knowledge of the area and specializes in advising those looking to sell their homes in and around Bellaire, River Oaks, Heights, West University, and other Houston neighborhoods. With her unique architectural background and extensive expertise in each community, Karishma is highly sought-out after in helping sellers best prepare their homes for purchase. Her passion for people and her love for real estate is the ideal combination for a successful and stress-free transaction for her clients.
When Karishma isn't helping her clients sell homes, she is spending time with her family, training with her husband for MS 150and half marathons, trying out new local West U eateries, and Bollywood Dancing. Community means everything to Karishma; she donates her time and gives back to her community every chance she gets. Over the years, she has put together volunteer groups and raised money to help those in need during Hurricane Harvey, sat on the steering committee for Women of Wardrobe Dress for Success Houston, served the Houston Sindhi Cultural Society, and mentors high school students at the Chinquapin School.
